Training a bulldog is extremely important. This should begin as soon as you bring the puppy into your home. Bulldog training takes a great deal of patience, perseverance and consistency. Always keep in mind that bulldogs like all dogs are pack animals and you as the owner need to be the leader of the pack.
Potty training/house breaking should begin immediately. It will be a less aggravating task if you use a crate to perform this. Along with potty training the first command you should teach is "no". Using a crate to house break/potty train your dog should be done with the allowable equipment. Your crate should ideally be large adequate to allow movement for the dog.
